Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to LangBistro.

1. General Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable except as described below. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the free tier and understand what you are purchasing.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewals.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at lang.bistro.bot@gmail.com within the refund window. Include your Telegram username and the email address used for payment. We will initiate eligible refunds within 10 business days of approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5–10 business days. LangBistro is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor once the refund has been issued.

4. Renewals

Recurring subscription renewals are non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. Cancellation instructions are available via the /settings command in the bot.

5. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion in cases of significant technical failure on our part that prevented access to the Service.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Initiating a chargeback without first requesting a refund through us may result in permanent account termination.

7. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.
